Having been in the pet care business for over 18 years, I completely understand how much our animals mean to us—they aren’t just pets, they are truly part of the family.
My journey into the pet care world started right at home. My parents had a gorgeous Yorkshire Terrier named Biff. Back when I was working traditional hours, juggling work and trying to drive home on a lunch break just to walk Biff was a constant daily struggle. One day, I had a lightbulb moment: “Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was someone professional, reliable, and trustworthy we could call to look after him?”
That thought sparked the creation of Mucky Paws.
Over the last 18+ years, running my own dog walking and pet care business has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There is nothing quite like walking through a client’s door to a chorus of wagging tails, or knowing that the cats and small animals I care for are happy, safe, and secure in their familiar daily routines.
