If you didn’t receive the confirmation email or can’t locate your download:
Check Spam/Promotions: Look for an email from Stan Store or sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Check for Typos: A common issue is a small typo in the email address during checkout.
Need Help? Reply to us or reach out via our contact form with your full name and the email address used at checkout, and we will resend your download link right away!
If your PDF template link isn’t clicking:
Open in a Web Browser or PDF Reader: Make sure you are viewing the PDF in a dedicated PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books, or GoodNotes) or directly in a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge). Some basic preview modes (like mobile mail app previews) disable external links.
Try a Desktop/Laptop: Mobile devices sometimes restrict external links in preview mode. Try opening the PDF on a desktop or computer browser.
Copy & Paste: If the link still doesn’t open when clicked, right-click (or long-press on mobile) to copy the text link and paste it directly into your web browser address bar.
In most cases this means that you have managed to open the PDF file up within Canva directly and not a PDF Viewer. Please open the PDF within a PDF Reader such as Adobe Reader and NOT Canva.
That said, a line through a link usually means your PDF viewer or web browser security settings have flagged or struck through the link preview.
Download the PDF to your device: Save the file locally before opening it rather than viewing it in an email preview pane.
Use an official PDF viewer: Open the saved PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or your device’s browser (Chrome/Safari).
Manual Access: If it remains unclickable, copy the web URL text next to or under the button/image and paste it straight into your browser.
Thank you for asking! Currently, we do not take custom orders so we can focus on creating standard ready-to-use templates. However, our Canva templates are fully editable, allowing you to easily customize fonts, colors, graphics, and text yourself!
If you are having trouble opening your file:
Zip Files: If your download is a ZIP folder, ensure you extract/unzip the folder first (right-click and select “Extract All” on Windows, or double-click on Mac/iPhone/iPad).
PDF Files: Ensure you have a PDF viewer installed (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, or Preview).
Storage Space: Check that your device has enough storage space available and that the file finished downloading completely before trying to open it.
Redownload: Delete the initial file and try downloading it fresh from your email confirmation link.

Our files are formatted for standard A4 ($210 \times 297\text$) and US Letter ($8.5 \times 11\text$) page sizes. They are designed with generous 0.5-inch outer margins, making them perfect for standard home printers, commercial print shops, or binding into a 3-ring binder or planner.
To ensure the soft watercolor artwork and pastel tones print crisp and vibrant:
Open your files in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) rather than a web browser preview.
In your print settings, set Page Scaling to "Fit to Page" or "100% Actual Size".
Choose "High Quality" or "Best" in your printer preferences.
For best results, print on medium-to-heavy paper stock ($90\text120\text$ paper or smooth cardstock).
First, make sure you have unzipped the downloaded folder if it arrived as a .zip file. We strongly recommend opening PDFs using free Adobe Reader software rather than web browsers, as browser previewers can sometimes distort colors or alignment. If you ever run into a technical issue, just send us a message—we are always happy to help troubleshoot!

Canva Questions
After purchasing, open your PDF Access Guide and click the link/button that says “Click Here to Access Your Template.” This will open a page in your web browser with a button that says “Use template for new design.” Clicking this automatically creates a fresh copy of the design inside your own Canva account—the original master file remains untouched!
No paid subscription is needed! All of our templates are designed using 100% free Canva elements and fonts. You only need a free Canva account to open, edit, and download your finished files.
Simply log in with your existing Canva account, or sign up for a free account using your email, Google, or Facebook account. Once logged in, your template copy will immediately load in your dashboard.
Yes! Every element in our templates is fully customizable:
Text: Double-click any text box to edit the wording, change font styles, or adjust text sizes.
Colors: Click on any background, shape, or accent element and select the color tile in the top toolbar to choose a new color.
Photos & Graphics: Drag and drop your own photos or Canva elements directly onto the page.
We craft our templates with free elements, but if you accidentally swap an element or font with one marked with a small crown icon (Pro), Canva will prompt you for payment upon export. To fix this:
Look for elements or fonts with the crown icon on your pages.
Replace them with free alternative fonts or graphics from the Canva library, or hit Undo (
Ctrl+Z/Cmd+Z).

To duplicate a page: Click the Duplicate page icon (two overlapping squares with a
+sign) directly above the page.To delete a page: Click the Trash can icon above the page you want to remove.
To add a blank page: Scroll to the bottom of a page and click Add page.
When you are ready to export:
Click the Share button in the top-right corner of Canva.
Click Download.
Select your preferred file type:
PDF Print: Best for home printing or professional print shops (select CMYK if available, or RGB for standard home printers).
PDF Standard: Best for emailing, uploading to tablets (GoodNotes/Notability), or viewing on screen.
PNG / JPG: Best for digital sharing, social media, or image use.
Select which specific pages you want to download, then click Download.
Ensure you export your files using PDF Print (not PDF Standard or JPG), as PDF Print exports your document at 300 DPI high resolution for crisp lines and clear text.
Don’t worry! You can return to your original PDF Access Guide at any time and click the template link again. It will generate a brand-new, clean copy in your Canva account without overwriting the edits you previously made.
Yes! You can edit our templates on the free Canva app (iOS and Android) or via a mobile browser. However, for the easiest editing experience—especially when moving precise lines, adjusting text boxes, or organizing multi-page planner bundles—we recommend using a desktop computer or laptop.
If clicking the link opens your web browser instead of the app:
Copy the access link from your PDF.
Open your web browser on your device in Desktop Mode (or open the link directly on a computer).
Once the design is saved to your Canva account, open the Canva App on your phone/tablet—your new design will automatically appear under Recent Designs!
If you have Canva Pro: Click Resize & Magic Switch in the top menu bar, select your target size (A4, A5, or US Letter), and click Resize or Copy & Resize.
If you have Free Canva: Create a new blank design in your preferred dimensions (e.g., A4). Then, select all elements on a page in your original template (
Ctrl+A/Cmd+A), copy them (Ctrl+C/Cmd+C), and paste them (Ctrl+V/Cmd+V) onto your new page, adjusting the corners to fit.
This happens if a specific font used in the template wasn’t loaded properly or was replaced by Canva. If a font looks unusual, simply click on the text box, open the font dropdown menu at the top, and select your preferred font (such as Montserrat, Playfair Display, or Open Sans).
Click the Grid View icon at the bottom right of the Canva screen (it looks like four tiny squares with the total page count next to it). This opens an overview of all pages in your design. From there, you can drag and drop pages into any order you prefer, or duplicate/delete multiple pages at once.
Our templates are designed with generous margins, but home printer settings can sometimes clip margins:
In Canva, go to File > View Settings and check Show Print Bleed and Show Margins to ensure all essential text and lines stay within the printable area.
When downloading, select PDF Print.
When sending the file to your printer, ensure your printer driver setting is set to “Fit to Printable Area” or “Scale to Fit” (rather than 100% borderless/actual size if your printer lacks borderless printing capabilities).
Computer screens display colors in digital light (RGB), whereas home printers print using ink physical pigments (CMYK). Colors may appear slightly softer or darker on paper than on a bright monitor. To preview how your design will print, download your file as a PDF Print file, open it in Adobe Reader, and print a test page before printing a full multi-page bundle.
Stan Store Questions
You can access your file in two ways:
Immediate Download: Right after checkout, the order confirmation screen displays a direct link/button to download or open your file.
Confirmation Email: An automated receipt from Stan Store is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Click the access button inside that email to open your purchase.
If the email hasn’t hit your inbox within a few minutes:
Check Spam/Junk/Promotions: Confirmation emails occasionally land in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab. Search your email for “Stan Store” or the product name.
Typo at Checkout: If you entered your email address with a typo (e.g.,
.coninstead of.com), the receipt won’t reach you. Please message customer support with your full name and correct email so we can locate your order and resend the link.
iOS (iPhone/iPad): Downloaded files save to the default Files app (look for the Downloads folder). If you opened a PDF containing Canva template links, tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari/Chrome and select Open in Safari or save it to your Files app first so interactive links work properly.
Android: Check your Downloads app or My Files > Downloads folder.
Tip: If you are opening a PDF with embedded access links (like a Canva template or Google Drive link), it is often easiest to open the email on a desktop or laptop browser!
In-app browsers (like the web viewer inside TikTok or Instagram) often restrict downloads or external pop-ups. Tap the three dots (…) in the corner of your screen and choose “Open in External Browser” (Safari or Chrome) to complete your download seamlessly.
Yes! For products hosted on external platforms (like Canva templates, Google Drive folders, or video bundles), your Stan Store download provides a PDF Access Guide. Simply open the downloaded PDF and click the embedded access button to claim your editable template or access your shared folder.
If your digital download redirects to a Google Drive folder, ensure you are logged into a Google account. If access appears blocked, request access or try opening the link in an Incognito / Private browser window to bypass cached accounts.
Yes! Keep your confirmation email stored in your inbox. The access link inside your email remains active, allowing you to re-download your digital product whenever needed.
If your browser refreshed mid-checkout or experienced a network glitch, check your bank account/card statement. If a charge appears, check your email inbox for the receipt. If no receipt arrived, reach out to support with a screenshot of your bank statement so the order can be manually verified and delivered.
